What was the highlight of Obaer Hotel

Receptionist Faisal was a nice & helpful chap.

- Location was quite hard to follow using google maps. - The building and the furnitures of this hotel were really nothing close to what have been advertised by Pics. They’ve been used and consumed, (Furnitures). - wasn’t properly cleaned. - No heat water. - The shower water runs slowly.

Good Staff. Clean rooms.

1) The internet speed is low. Plus some devices couldn't get connected through the WIFI. Such as Apple laptops and Microsoft surface. 2) The Furniture need some renovations.

Very welcoming hotel

The staff is very welcoming and helpful. The location is good, near Al Faisaliah Mall. The room was quiet and the view was nice in front of Al Faisaliah Tower. The breakfast was very lavish with a good choice. Wifi is good everywhere in the hotel.

The opening of the bathroom's door near the sink is not easy.

The location of the hotel, the internet was fast.

The location of the hotel, the internet was fast. In addition the people were nice .

The shower in the bathroom was small . in addition the tv was small and the AC was so loud i couldn't sleep when it was high. it was roo 207-second floor. The breakfast was the same for three days i was there

for my forth coming visit i may also give priority to stay at your Hotel

neat and clean room, easy axis to move . also good staff and all the basis necessities were there . also good gor family stay as well, since I stayed only one night unfortunately not able to have lunch or dinner and as such can not comment. I always stay the hotels at Olya street like Executive hotel/ IBIS hotel next to Kingdom tower , / business boutique/ days inn I can compare this hotel with Executive hotel while rest are having less standard , and the room rate is awesome .

the front desk staff must know English as well which I feel have to improve since in the hotel different nationalities visit and at least front desk staff should be well worse in English international language.

What was the highlight of Obaer Hotel

Uncomfortable stay!!

Our flight arrived late in the night and all the restaurants were closed, but we were pleased to find that the hotel has room service works for late hours and provide decent food.

The room furniture was very old, the bed and pillows not comfortable. The curtains and the window were very dusty. The air condition was not cooling enough to have a good sleep, and in the middle of our sleep, we woke up on a high noise from air condition. The water pressure in the shower was very weak and the water was very hot that can't be adjusted.

1- it worths every penny

1- it worths every penny 2- the standard room is really spacious and comfortable it has many sofas and a very great desk 3- the food main dishes were good especially the beef stroganoff 4- soundproof room 5- check in was fast and check out time is very flexible

1- the bathroom is too small for such a spacious room 2- the shower water is going out all over the bathroom floor 3- the shower water pressure is fair they need to increase it 4- the shower handle is not stable 5- the dessert (cheesecake berry) was not delicious 6- the in room dining (the guy answering the phone) is kinda rude and hard for him to understand my order although i tried talking in Arabic and English.

The best thing they have is the jaccuzi in the senior suite

Breakfat staff are very rude! The room is not very good in terms of finishing and design. The bathroom is old and need restructure not up to the level

Disappointing and very bad.

I have arrived to the property and found my family suite and single room not ready. The staff does not respond to the customer requests immediately “ it takes the forever to bring a single order “ The suite was very dusty.
